Obama Introduces New Vehicle Mileage and Emissions Standards

President Obama announced yesterday new national vehicle emissions and mileage standards, based on California regulations

The new regulations aim to cut emissions by 30% and require passenger cars to average 39 miles-per-gallon by 2016.
