California, Mexico Sign Climate Change-Green Trade Pact

Signed by CA Gov. Brown and officials from Mexico’s environment and natural resources ministry and national forest commission, the MoU aims to reduce greenhouse gas emissions, combat climate change and forest fires, and spur bilateral clean energy and clean tech trade and investment.
