Challenge to EPA’s Proposed Power Plant CO2 Limits Unlikely to Derail Climate Change Action

The Supreme Court agreed to hear arguments on just one question: whether the EPA’ can regulate power plant CO2 emissions based on a 2007 mobile source ruling? Win or lose, the ruling is unlikely to derail efforts to reduce fossil fuel emissions or mitigate and adapt to climate change.
