Foreign Relations Committee Holds Hearing on Climate Change and National Security

The Senate Foreign Relations Committee on Tuesday convened Climate Change and Global Security: Challenges, Threats, and Diplomatic Opportunities to explore the threat of climate change ons national and global security. Below are videos of  ranking minority committee member Richard Lugar’s opening statement and his subsequent questioning of witness Sharon Burke, vice president of the Center for a New American Security.
