  1. First of all, Obama can’t order Al GOre to do anything. Second, Al Gore would be influential in any Democratic administration. Third, Al Gore is no best friend of Obama, any more than Clinton. Obama is just dropping names, like he does all the time. They haven’t consulted and there was no agreement. It’s just name dropping.

  2. Hi Shelly,

thanks for the opinion, but I have to wonder about it.
    1) Where in the 37 second clip is there any indication the Obama is “ordering” Gore to do anything?
    2) In regards to climate, Gore could be influential in any administration.
    3) Obama is name dropping? Really? Upon what factual basis are you making that claim.
Maybe everything you say is true, but you seem to only be expressing an opinion based on a personal agenda.
Sorry Shelly – you say on your blog to question everything, and you proceed to show us all why we should.

  3. Well I think that he isn’t making Al Gore do anything but I do think that he is putting a lot of pressure on him to DO something and I do not think that is fair either. He shouldn’t put fixing global climate change on one person
