The US Supreme Court will hear arguments this week in a case set to determine the level of involvement that the Environmental Protection Agency is required to take in helping deal with global warming and climate change. The EPA claims that a global solution is required (true enough) and that federal regulations have no place in helping solve the problem (I’m not so sure). Massachusetts sees it differently, and depending on how the Supreme Court rules, other states may start to see it differently as well.
